Paul hails from Manchester, England. Seemingly born with an innate passion for Jazz/Swing, he has been performing since the age of twelve.
His is an exceptional talent that channels the style and poise inherent in the greats: Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Dean Martin and Nat King Cole.
He honed his performance skills travelling the world on leading cruise ships, bringing joy to the passengers with his nightly singing. He was recently invited to perform for David and Victoria Beckham and their guests.
Paul is currently recording a new album of original songs written by Nashville’s Hall of Famed Byron Hill, Paul’s co-writer. Byron has written for such greats as Ray Charles, Kenny Rogers, and penned George Strait’s first number one hit, Fool Hearted Memory. Paul’s original album was recorded at the very famous Capitol Records Studio in Los Angeles, where the likes of Frank Sinatra himself recorded many of his hit songs! Sal Oliveri, Paul’s producer, recently produced the album Hurts To Be Human by the incredibly talented artist/musician, PINK. Equipped with an excellent vocal range, sincerity, confidence and stage presence unite to make Paul Hughes a consummate performer and entertainer.
